SUMMERS COMING !!! (Well Hopefully ) BBQ Beers

With summer hopefully on its way here is my round up of a few refreshing beers that will be perfect at the BBQ ,Just don`t let those Gluten gobblers get their hands on them !!!

Cornish Stingers Beer :

Don`t let the green colour put you off this is a very refreshing cider like drink ,light in taste with a slight aftertaste  and goes down very easy so be careful ,thankfuly it is 4.6 % so not to strong .serve it over ice maybe throw a few nettles in   ? mmm

Olde Knight GF English Beer ,

Very Lively sparkling  Beer/Perry carefull opening it !! very  refreshing ,it can`t make it`s mind up if it a beer or perry/cider/champagne ,without  trying to be sexist this is more of a “Ladies ” beer ,Not the sort of drink I could imagine drinking more than the one bottle ,

This Local “Beer”, specially developed using age-old traditional ingredients to compliment Asian Foods at the Family run premises in the Lynne Valley . This brew, uses their own spring water and other organic ingredients resulting in a very crisp, light drink with its own unique flavour, reminiscent of lager, cider & “ Champagne ” depending on the drinker’s taste buds & food combination if taken with an Asian meal.

Lemon Schnitzer Brau

If you put me against a wall and make pick one the above beers this is the one I would go for ,reminds me of a very classy shandy with lemon overtones very easy to drink, so it is good it is only 2.6% so if you are going to drive to a bbq you could maybe have a couple of these without going over the limit .

Before my diagnosis I loved my real ale most weekends I would treat myself to a 3 for £5.00 bottled ales calling them my “Good Boy ” Beers a reward for working so hard !! ,When I was first diagnosed it never crossed my mind that I would have to give up my ales !!

Then like Uncle Monty in “Withnail and I ” you would find me weeping in the beer aisle at the supermarkets, couldn`t believe no more beer !! .

But after a bit digging about I found there is good beer after diagnosis ,this is what I plan to be my first review ,

Enjoy Mick

Have you noticed a lot of Coeliac/ Celiac cures being posted on Facebook recently?Yep so have we. It’s pretty disturbing as many are by doctors not endorsed by the NHS or FDA.  So we thought it would be apt to show our fellow Guerrillas that ‘quack Doctors’ and people making money out of health problems is nothing new. Just take a look at this old ad!  If you want to discover more old and mysterious ads visit www.thequackdoctor.com   If you want to resolve your health problems you’re obviously better visiting a real life doctor.
